Have you ever wondered how often you should soak in your hot tub? Well, to get the most out of your spa, you should soak at least 15 minutes several times a day. We encourage you to take the soak challenge and tell us how you feel.

Discover Your Routine:

We all have a daily routine, from the time we get up to the time we eat dinner, go to work, etc. We encourage you to discover a routine for taking the time to soak in your hot tub too. Carving out the time to soak offers many valuable benefits to both your body and your mind. Try an early morning soak; this will energize you for the day. Try soaking before or after a workout to promote relaxation and muscle recovery. Soaking before bed can help you discover a good night’s sleep. With every pattern or routine, if we do it often enough, it becomes a habit. Why not make soaking in your hot tub a healthy practice for both you and your family.

Challenge:

We challenge you to carve out 15-30 minutes for 10 days and soak in your hot tub. Keep track via a log or a personal journal and document how you feel before and after your soak. Do you feel less stressed, any relief from pain, are you sleeping better, do your muscles feel less tense?
